Last night I went to Matt's work party. He works at Samsung and the party was at Max's Wine Dive. Its in downtown Austin on 3rd street, next to the Real World house. Since Samsung is so freakin huge, this holiday party was just his department. The food was great and the wine was even better!

Hamburger Cupcakes!

I had a picnic this summer and made some cupcakes with edible hamburgers and hotdogs on top. Its really easy to make, but takes a while. After making cupcakes of your choice you will need for the hamburgers::

* Nilla Wafers
* Thin Mints
* green food coloring
* red and yellow icing pens
* sesame seeds

Make sure you ice the cupcakes, any flavor will do.

To make the hamburgers first color your coconut with the green food coloring and set aside. Take one nilla wafer and set it flat side up. Put a dab of icing on the flat side of the nilla wafer, then place one thin mint on top. After that take the red icing pen and squeeze the icing on the thin mint mimicking ketchup, do the same with the yellow icing pen mimicking mustard. Let the icing dry a little, only about a minute or two. Once the icing is a dry place some green coconut on top (the lettuce). Take another nilla wafer and dab a little water on the curved side, and then sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Place on top of the green coconut, and... a hamburger!!!
